We gather together a team of design consultants and building trade contractors to answer your questions and bring your vision to life. We locate the best materials, use the newest techniques in construction, and work with businesses in the community that care about the final product and believe in customer service.
New Construction
We perform all phases of commercial construction in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. We work with some of the best architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and plumbing engineers. Since we have worked with these specialists before, we know, from experience, who will do the best job for you. We can take care of everything from finding and hiring an architect, to constructing the facility of your dreams. Or, if you just need us to construct a building for which you already have plans, we are here to help. You can be as involved or uninvolved in the process as you would like and we can take care of as much or as little of your project as you would like. Interior Construction
We can help you remodel or expand your office or retail space. We can remodel to your specifications and all you have to do is unlock the door and move in. We will work with you to design the space of your dreams with the same dedication to quality and teamwork that you would expect from a ground up project, no matter the size.
Construction Management
You can use our many years of experience in the construction industry to your benefit by having us manage your project. We can also serve as a construction consultant, providing both design and construction advice. During construction, our Project Manager can focus on all aspects of the project including Scheduling & Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration and Safety Management.
